WESTERN BIG 6
Geneseo coach Tom Rusk got six individual titles and three second-place finishes as his Maple Leafs took the Western Big 6 title with 211 points. Rock Island was second with 176 points.
The win marked Geneseo’s second consecutive conference title and its fifth out of the last six. The Maple Leafs got individual titles from Malaki Jackson (144), Grady Hull (157), Izaac Gaines (165), Kye Weinzierl (175), Harrison Hill (190) and Colten Mooney (215), seconds from Tad Moore (113), Landen Vincent (138) and Josh Stahl (285), a third from Brycen Fahnestock (106), and fourths from Emmitt Hill (132) and Kie Smith (150).
Quincy (163) placed third, followed by Moline (108.5), Galesburg (81.5) East Moline United (72.5), Sterling (62), and Alleman (30).

BIG 12
Normal Community cruised to its fourth consecutive Big 12 team title, posting 218.5 points thanks to six individual champions among the eight wrestlers that Ironmen coach Trevor Kaufman sent to the title mat. Four more Ironmen placed third to round out a field of 11 wrestlers placing in the top four of their weight classes. Kaufman’s squad led all team with 15 pins and five tech falls.
Winning titles for Normal Community were Bryce Kuhlman (106), Jackson Soney (113), Mason Soney (120), Carter Mayes (165), Amarii Ollie (215) and Mason Caraway (285). Runner-up finishes came from Carson Yokel (126) and Daniel Bourbulas (190), and the Ironmen got thirds from Ethan Cavallo (132), Austin Chiese (150), Victor Reyes (157) and Travis Collins (175).
Bloomington (138.5) placed second, 4.5 points ahead of third-place Peoria Notre Dame (134). Champaign Central (130.5) was fourth, followed by Richwoods (87), Normal Community West (53), Champaign Centennial (43) and Danville (34).

MISSISSIPPI VALLEY SUPER DUALS
Host Civic Memorial swept the competition at this year’s Mississippi Valley Super Duals, winning five duals on the day.
Coach Jeremy Christeson’s Eagles beat Mascoutah (45-24), Jerseyville (62-10), Waterloo (64-16) Highland (80-0) and Triad (49-23) in going 5-0.
Mascoutah went 4-1 on the day, with wins over Waterloo (40-32), Highland (82-0), Triad (48-21) and Jerseyville (62-17). Waterloo went 3-2 via wins over Triad (40-35), Jerseyville (66-18) and Highland (77-5).
Triad went 2-3, Jerseyville went 1-4, and Highland went 0-5 in duals on the day.
In non-forfeit matches, Civic Memorial got a perfect 5-0 day from Avery Jaime (138). Going 4-0 in matches wrestled were Cody Wiedner (106), Knox Verbais (150), and James Wojcikiewicz (165). Greg Harkey (144) and Hudson Davis (285) went 3-0 in matches wrestled. The Eagles got a 4-1 performance from Tristian Ward (175), 3-1 days from John Smith (113) and Kevahn Flannigan (215),
while Zach Vandeford (126) and Harper Davis (190) went 3-2 in the tournament.
