Belleville West High School
Instrumental in starting Wrestling at Belleville West High School in 1936. He has continued to keep the sport alive in the Belleville Area, retiring after 37 years of service to the school system and to Wrestling. Mr. Routh was a catalyst to wrestling in Southern Illinois. He has coached 9 place winners in the State of which 3 were State Champions.
